Education Adventures

Start your child’s adventures in learning here! 6 weeks to 12 months. Our Infant programs are the foundation of early learning.  We learn through play, communication, gross motor skills, and sensory interactions with others. We love our individual attention and our infant teachers who provide a nurturing and loving environment full of great care. We follow your schedule and communicate with you to meet your individual needs daily.

We are building autonomy and love to learn through play, exploration, and imitation! 1 year to 2 years. Our learning adventures are safe and supportive to our active little learners.  We are focusing on language development, thinking skills, physical growth, and trying new social skills with our little friends. Toddler teachers at SFCD focus on your child’s development with loving support and care throughout their busy day of learning fun.

We are continually preparing for kindergarten by focusing on all developmentally appropriate areas of learning including purposeful play, exploration, and stimulation. 2-3 years and 4-5 years. We are learning communication and listening skills, early reading and writing, math, science, social studies, creative arts, STEM, and physical development through our monthly/ weekly curriculum themes and activities. Preschoolers develop positive relationships with each other and their teachers.  We strive to provide inclusive and planned activities for our children and families to support the development of engaging learning adventures.

We have created a caring community of teachers who help all children feel accepted by encouraging a positive, supportive atmosphere. 5 years-11 years.  Our teachers embrace the development of each child, their growing friendships, and community inside and outside of the classroom. We embrace inclusion, individual interests, and cultural diversity.  We encourage children’s interests and personal feedback to support their continued love of learning all while building self-confidence. Together we create fun learning activities that connect different subjects and stages of development to include short and long-term projects, individual goals, decision making, participation, and the feeling of success in our classroom.
